Rate Limits
Use PolyBridge anonymously at lower limits. Sign in and create an API key for higher usage. Contact us for custom workflows and higher limits.
Search
Anonymous Search works only when no Authorization header is sent. API keys increase limits and result caps. Enterprise limits are custom.

Forecast
Forecast supports anonymous access and API-key access. The two cap pools are separate.

RVOL
External approved RVOL access is protected by app-level abuse-prevention limits, separate from Search and Forecast quotas. Contact PolyBridge for higher limits.
Troubleshooting
Anonymous Forecast can be temporarily unavailable if anonymous capacity is exhausted. API-key caps are separate from anonymous caps. Invalid auth returns an error; remove the Authorization header to use anonymous mode where supported.
Hosted MCP OAuth uses the same Forecast limits as API-key usage.

Retries
If you receive 429, retry after the time in Retry-After.
For support, include the X-Request-ID response header. Do not send API keys or secrets.
